4. Custom Branding & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any logo, artwork, or branding submitted for embroidery or printing. We reserve the right to decline artwork that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Production & Lead Times

Estimated production and lead times are provided at the time of quotation and may vary based on order size, customization complexity, and material availability. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery
